| EXPERIENCE | Mr. Auguste has been engaged in the real estate profession since 1994. Napa Realty Services employed him from 1994-1998 as a residential field inspector. During the period from 1998- 2000 he was employed with US Appraisals, Inc. as an appraiser assistant performing residential appraisals in the New York boroughs of Queens, Bronx, Brooklyn and Nassau. He is presently performing appraisals in the aforementioned areas for Capital Appraisal Services, Inc., since March 2001. Valuation assignments have included one to four family homes, and cooperative and condominium apartments. |
